EPC powered by RMS excited for upcoming SAEEC Conference
The Energy Performance Certification Bureau, powered by RMS, will be attending the upcoming 16th annual 2021 SAEEC Conference taking place from 3 to 5 November. This exclusively online event is sponsored by the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA).
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Moving on: Resilience with Energy Efficiency’. It will feature several tracks:
- Strategies for environmental change
- Energy nexus links
- Sustainable generation and distribution
- Fourth industrial revolution and energy
- The business of energy businesses
In addition to these tracks, the Southern African Energy Efficiency Confederation (SAECC) will also be hosting several online training events and discussions.
“Events like these are important given the massive untapped potential that energy efficiency represents in reducing global greenhouse gas emissions. Attending this event will provide us with invaluable insights from other energy efficiency stakeholders and practitioners. It will also give us the opportunity to create awareness about Energy Performance Certificates,” says Frikkie Malan at the Energy Performance Certification Bureau, powered by RMS.
